Error on Windows start up using Parallels 9 and Maveicks

Hi,

I'm getting this error when I try starting up Win7 under parallels 9 and mavericks:



clicking OK gives:



and clicking Ok just freezes Parallels.

I haven't done or changed anything since last using Parallels successfully. Any thoughts/ideas? I'd rather not have to reinstall windows if I can avoid it. I can't open parallels any other way at the moment anyway as it defaults into trying to start up windows and I can't do anything else.
