Error page on Ubuntu when switched to guest OS

Hi. I'm going crazy, because almost every time I'm switching from host OS to guest OS. Ubuntu is opening below attached error message (on 16.xx LTS & 18.04 LTS) or GNOME help page (on 18.04 LTS).
Dear Parallels Support Team, please let me know how can I solve this problem?

Problem was observed on:
- Host OS: Mac OS High Sierra
- Guest OS: Ubuntu 16.xx LTS & Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
- Parallels 13 Desktop (not Business Ed.) & Parallels Desktop Business Edition 14
