Error running windows 10 on parallels

I am running parallels and windows 10 on my mac in order to be able to run an accounting program. This works fine. Yesterday I responded positiv to upgrade windows. Which I did and then nothing works. I get a blue screen saying " a component fo hte operating system has expired. File://windonws/system32/winload.exe error code 0x0000605

I bought and upgraded parallels to 11 and thought that might fix it, but I still get the same message. Extremely irritating to have something that works and then mess it up. Any suggestions....??
 
Since I cannot start window I cannot refresh it. So it is a no go. I probably need to reinstall. Will I loose saved personal files?
