Error when printing from Microsoft Dynamics application

Current 2x Application Server version: 6.2 (build 528)

When using the 2x Universal printer for Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0, an error code pops up: Code [08/0000F030] - Failed to print due to a runtime error...

Other applications (i.e. Word, Excel) work fine. Is there an issue when using the 2x printer and Dynamics? Any way of getting around this because we have users that would benefit from using it?
 
Hi,

This issue is fixed in the latest version of 2x. Or for your version ther is a work around. Problem is that AX does not support print in RAW format. So you need to login to your TS machines. Open printers, Right cllick 2X Universal Printer, click Properties. Advanced tab, Print processor. Change to NT EMF 1.008. Now it will work from AX :-)
