Error when trying to run game

I have FIFA '14 on Parallels on my Mac, and when I try to run it, it throws an error that's like "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I have tried the following:

Changing the hardware acceleration from DirectX 10 to DirectX 9
Reinstalling FIFA
Changing DX version in Parallels settings
Changing back
Installing the Microsoft redist of DX

I know that this problem is caused when DX is not installed, but I know that DX comes with Parallels. Can anyone help me?
 
My cousin had that problem, he restored his OS. By the way, I like FIFA 13 and FIFA 15 more
