Error while connectiong to Windows Server

Hi,

i have a irritating error while trying to get to a Windows Small Business Server 2003: He allways tells me, that

in German: "Das Endpunktformat ist unzulässig"
translated in Englisch: "The Endpoint format is invalid."

Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

What version of Windows are you using?

Are you able to ping the Server from the virtual machine?

Sorry for my late answer:

Windows 7 32 Bit.

The mentioned articles did not help.

I i tried all possible netwerk options (shared network etc.) but nothing worked.

Via Mac, the shares are reachable without any problem.

same problem here since 1 week. No connections possible to Win2000 PCs in my network. I'm using Win 7, too. No problems to get the server with the finder in Mac OSX.
Sometimes i got a password request, but Win7 failed to connect. "user or password wrong"
