Excel Power Map Not Displaying Properly

Has anyone else tried using Microsoft Excel Power Map and had issues with the graphs displaying on it? This issue is detailed here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2925726. Does Parallels plan to fix this anytime in the foreseeable future? It apparently does not happen with other virtual machine systems.

For anyone else who might have this issue, add this as a boot flag under the VM boot order:
video.const_buffer_mode=2

That should resolve it.
