Excel shortcut issue (Ctrl + Alt + -)

I am a heavy excel user and I found that the excel zoom in and out shortcuts
(Ctrl + Alt + -) & (Ctrl + Alt + +) do not work in the VM.
Does anybody has the same situation and is there any solution?

@ MatthewL13 Hi, please ensure that send Mac OS shortcut preferences was set to Always (Parallels Desktop preferences > Shortcuts > macOS System Shortcuts > always).
