Exchange Boot Camp for Parallels Desktop

Running OS X Snow Leopard with Boot Partition - Windows XP. Have Parallels 5, but not installed. How (can I?) create an image of the Boot Camp partition, remove the partition, then install Parallels and then have the image installed into Parallels desktop?

Just want one partition, and run Parallels and OS X together.
