I am having some issues with a clients new macbook pro. She is running Mac OS 10.6.3 with a Windows 7 VM.
The client uses a Citrix client on the windows VM for banking purposes. The program then exports a file that she uploads to the bank. She used to be able to do this fine with a PC but now that she has the macbook pro she is unable to export this file and access it.
It asks her for a path to save this file to, however, no matter what I put in there I don't seem to be able to find it on the mac side. Is there something I am doing wrong? What should I enter in this field?
