I'm running a large program on Windows 7 inside my VM. Is it possible to export that program (along with all its internal data) and run it in a separate boot camp partition?

It is not possible to move a particular application and its Data from the virtual machine to Boot Camp Partition.

Can't you install that program on the Windows Bootcamp installation? Then you could copy its customized settings if you know where the files are.
