Expose Functionality No Longer Working

I'm certain when I used to go into full screen mode in Parallels (Windows XP Pro), my MacBook Pro Expose functionality still worked. That is, I could slide my mouse cursor to the upper left corner of the screen and see my opened Mac windows or the upper right corner and see my Mac desktop.

Now, none of that is working. I can only move back and forth to the Mac via the ctrl-option keys.

However, I'm not sure what changed. Any suggestions to get the Expose functionality back?

Another post by achille gave me a hint at a solution.

I went into System Preferences | Universal Access and unchecked the "Enable access for assistive device" and Voila! My Windows XP Full Screen mode now has the Dashboard and Expose behaviors!
