External DVD/CD reader not recognised

I have installed Windows 10 however the external DVD/CD reader is not recognised. It is recognised my the mac. I assume it is a driver issue and would like to know how to set it up. Thanks.

To connect USB device in Windows virtual machine, please try this steps and check how it works.
