External HD

Hey! I got a MacBook and I just installed Parallel Desktop with Windows Xp SP2.

Unfortunately, I am an able to access the external DH I've got, which kind of sucks, 'cause that was the main reason I've installed PD...The HD was in fact formatted in Windows and from Mac OsX I cannot access it and I have too much stuff too format it again!

...Any help?

Almost forgot..The Ext HD is USB.

Hey John. Thanks for yor reply.

Unfortunately, it does not work. This is the message I get:



"USB device you are trying to connect to the virtual machine is being used by another process. Wait 5-10 seconds, then try to connect the device again. If this does not help, find the application that blocked up the device and disconnect it manually."

Suggestions?
