I have a MAC Book Pro running Sierra. I'm Parallels 12 installed and using Windows 10. The MAC Book Pro is connected to a Thinkvantage USB Dock. From the doc I have connected a Monitor, Keyboard and mouse. The Monitor Keyboard and Mouse work fine, as long as I am using the MAC. Once I launch Parallels, my external monitor goes black and I lose wired connectivity to my network through the docking station. The keyboard and mouse still work.

I've tried Full Screen Mode, Use All Windows in Full Screen Mode and Coherence. None of them fixes this. When I close Parallels, I get the external monitor and the wired network connection back.

    Help?

    Thanks

Hi @RickW2, Parallels Desktop does not support the DisplayLink drivers at the present time. Please connect the monitor to Mac Directly via Apple Thunderbolt adapter to check if it works.
