Failed to activate Parallel Desktop 10

I downloaded Parallel Desktop 10 but when I logged in and try to activate it using my product key from the previous version the key didn't activate. I made an online purchase of Parallel Desktop 9 before and I received the product key via email. I tried copy paste the key, but it wouldn't activate.

Please I need a solution for this problem I search in the website but I didn't find any solution
