Failed to decrypt received data?

Hi guys

Remote Application Server v16.5.5 (build 20978). Windows Server 2012 R2
We have started to get the following message a lot in the server monitor file :

[E 06/00000045/T3AA8/P06D0] 29-06-20 08:16:51 - Failed to decrypt received data.

Any idea what this means?

We are also having printing problems again where the print job gets to the server print spooler but then just stays there

Wonder if the two are connected?

@springbox The the "Failed to decrypt received data." means that one or more RAS messages could not be decrypted. If this happens often without any known underlying network disconnections (such as restarting the publishing agent host or process), it could cause errors when performing RAS-related actions such as getting the list of available applications or launching an published application/resource.

Unless the error also occurs around the time that the print spooler issue occurs, I do not think that the two events should be affecting each other.
