I have a 32-bit VM that I want to upgrade from Win7 to Win10. I have purchased a Win10 Pro download and have the key. If I download the ISO from that link and try install, I get the "WDDM is not compatible with Win10" error. In searching for a solution, I found an article to address this error here (==> https://kb.parallels.com/123053) but when I follow that process. I get as far as entering the Product Key but when I enter my purchased Win10 Pro download key, I get "This key doesn't work with this edition of Windows. Try a different key". Of course, I have no other key... I'm guessing I need to use my download link and key from Microsoft but I need a solution to the Parallel's WDDM not compatible. Thoughts on where I go next?
