Fan maxes up to 100% at windows vm shutdown

    Device: MBP 16 with M1 Max(32GPU, 64RAM)
    Symptoms: The fan goes up to 100% (over 5000rpm) when I quits(shutdown) the windows 11 arm vm in parallels.

    Frequency: about 50-50 probability ending the vm after doing high-performance tasks (a.k.a. gaming)

    The picture below is the capture. I was playing games, and then I quit and stopped the vm gracefully using the system dialogue. After a few seconds, the fan maxed out even without gradually increasing. It took about 10 seconds for it to turn off and return to normal.

    Also, I'm using TG Pro, which is a fan control app that allows user-made rules. However, the maximum fan speed rule I have in TG pro is 75%, which makes clear that TG Pro itself cannot accelerate the fan to exceed 5000rpm.
