Hi We are running 2X RAS XG v11.1 and a Windows 7 x64 PC running v14.1 of the client. This is a new install of the 2X client for a remote worker. The user gets an error message when they attempt to open any of our published apps. The error message says "Fatal Error 5" and the published app does not open. PublishedApp from domain with user user.name [I 13/00000009] Thu Dec 10 09:59:17 2015 - SSL Connection to domain.name:443 was successful [I 13/00000002] Thu Dec 10 09:59:17 2015 - Remote SSL Certificate was accepted by user [I 13/00000009] Thu Dec 10 09:59:24 2015 - SSL Connection to domain.name:443 was successful [E 02/00000033] Thu Dec 10 09:59:29 2015 - Fatal error 5 [E 13/00000008] Thu Dec 10 09:59:30 2015 - SSL Connection to domain.name:443 failed We have 15+ other users opening the same apps with v14.1 of the client without issue. No error is posted on the 2X RAS log - as far as it is concerned everything is normal. Any help appreciated. Many thanks
