I keep getting this message:

Fatal error occurred in the virtual machine "Microsoft Windows XP 1 FINAL". Please tell Parallels about this problem by sending this report. The report contains technical data to help us understand the problem and improve the product for you. No personal information will be collected. Note that this report won't be considered as a customer support request.


Is the problem with Parallels? Or is it with my VM? How can I stop this from happening (multiple times per day) as it is a huge inconvenience?
 
Well, possible solution... I had been using the Beta version of Parallels 6 - I've upgraded to the release version (had been hoping for a complimentary upgrade, but it never came), and so far, the problem is fixed.

But what I always want to know: why doesn't someone from Parallels monitor these forums and respond to questions such as these?
