Fatal System Error - C000021a

Hi

I tried booting up parallels this morning and windows xp pro sp2 gave me the blue screen C2000021a system error message and then tried to reboot, ending up at the same error. Parallels keeps on going through this process and i have to stop it to kill the process.

Can anyone advise me on what I should do?

Hi, just recently experienced the same problem today. I also receive a blue screen with a message that reads: parallels fatal system error c000021a. It continues to loop until I turn Parallels off. Were you able to fix this problem? If so, how? Thanks.

I've just started getting this problem using the latest RC3 build. The full message is

STOP:c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The session manager initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000026c (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shutdown

Unfortunately I can no longer boot into any of the settings (safe mode, last known good etc.)

I saw a suggestion of cloning the VM but that made no difference.

Any suggestions?
