Favorite Applications

How do I add favorite applications to the menu & virtual machine list? I can't find it anywhere in the help docs.

I'm running Windows XP in the VM.

Right click on application icon in Dock (it should be running) and click on Add to Favorites contextual menu.

Same way: when it's running, right-click on it in the dock and say "Remove from Favorites" (from memory, but it's something like that).
