I have two feature requests following testing the latest release.

Can the concept of folders be implemented. We offer a hosting solution and publish four applications for each hosting company. This is fine for the customer, but since our staff need access as well I have to publish the applications to them. Currently we have 36 applications published and you can't usually find the one you want for looking. We also use Citrix which does have folders which make it easier as you publish an application and tell it which folder it belongs therefore reducing the number of applications you see.

The other issue is to do with changing password. Why, when you have changed you password, do you have to logout and login again. You don't when you change your Windows password. Also, under Citrix, you don't have to logout. It is a real pain.

Any thoughts....

Folders are already there, they are called application groups

regarding the password if you are using single sign on it should be the same like windows and citrix

use single sign on.. it should use your windows password transparently, even if you change it

Unless i don't really understand the concept of single-sign-on, I don't think it will work.

The server running 2X is a standalone AD Domain server sitting 90 miles from our offices in a data centre. It is not a member of our domain. We also have about 70 users connecting to the server from 6 different companies/customers, so the server is not a member of their domain either.

Let me know if I am not understanding single-sign-on correctly.

single sign on is used if you log on to the local os and the terminal server using the same credentials. if your condition this is not the case.

now if you change the password on the terminal server the client is not aware of this unless you change it during the logon procedure (when password expires).

What I can suggest you is to ask support to provide a way to change the password from the client so that the it is aware of the change.

from my knowledge this is not available.
