Fedora 32 is mentioned in passing as supported on the web site for the new release. However, the list of supported guest OSes for PD16 in the online documentation stops at Fedora 31. Just mentioning, because this happens with every new release and is a regular source of confusion. It could be nipped in the bud straight away.
