Files from Mac not importing

Hello. I am new here.
I just installed FlexiSign on my Parallels running Vista. When I try to import an image from my Mac, I get the error cannot import the file. If I drag the same image to the desktop on the Vista side it imports no problem.
I also can't open a Flexsign file when it is on my Mac, but if I drag the same file onto the Vista desktop it opens.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciate.

Hello Stephen,

Please try to change the extension of the image file to JPEG after the file name and then import to Windows VM from Mac.

Thanks Mervin for the reply. The file does have the correct extension on the Mac, so I am unclear why I would need to copy it onto the PC side as this would be a monumental task to work this way. If I do copy the .FS (Flexisign) or jpg to the PC side I am able to open or import the files ok, but I should be able to access the same files from other drives I would think
