I'm running Win XP under Parallels 5 on an iMac running Snow Leopard. I need to share a database in a Windows folder with another Mac (running same configuration) on my Lan. That Mac can get to mine under OSX but how can I make the Windows folder available?

you can share this Windows folder (right-click > Properties > Sharing tab), then switch your Windows virtual machine to Bridged Networking. Shared folder should become visible from another computers in network.
