After installing parallels 5584 using a WindozeXP VM I am no longer able to preview .flv files (with perian and the flv.qlgenerator installed) in quicklook. The file icons now appear as command box with exec and dont work with quicklook. Since I have never opened them in Windows (and cant even access them from the parallels VM) does anybody know how to re-associate them only with the MacOS?
I did search and saw a posting referring to FAQ on smart select, however, I have never opened them in windows so they have never appeared in the dock to change the setting (although im not sure its the same issue anyway). I have tried changing my security settings to "high" since I really use the VM isolated anyway to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated!
P.S. I have smart select disabled.
