Flicker problem

Since the recent upgrade, I have had several cases where my video flickers. It appears to go back and forth between the current image and the previous image.

Is this a known problem?

Did you upgrade to Build 5604 that was released on 06/05/2008? If not read this post it discusses this problem in depth.
