Flickering after Windows 10 update

I updated Windows 10 last night and after completing the installation process and rebooting multiple times, the VM constantly flickers every time I start it.
Furthermore I attempt to read support items on Parallels twitter account and they all lead to an Http 504 error.
Is there a problem with Parallels and providing support ?

Hello @Matt13 We would request you to follow the below steps and check it helps.

1. Shut down the virtual machine.
2. Open the virtual machine configuration > switch to the Hardware tab > select the Video (Graphics) option in the left pane.
3. In the right pane, increase the video memory to 768 MB.

Thank you, I shut down the virtual machine and adjusted the memory. It still flickers. Turns out that there was a conflict with START 10 software causing the flickering after windows 10 updates last night. I uninstalled Start 10 and the flickering went away.
