Folder & Files Shortcuts on Windows Desktop Disappear

I create some folders shortcut on the windows desktop and it disappears from time to time. It doesn't have any pattern. Sometimes, it disappear after a month. Sometimes it disappears within one or two week. But one thing I am sure, it doesn't relate to update of OS or parallels software. Any idea?

System Version: Desktop.
macOS : High Sierra 10.13.3
Windows: Windows 7
Parallels : Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac Home Edition (13.2.0 (43213)) - the problem exists since version 9

How I create the shortcut:
Open Computer -> select Home on Mac (Z)
Choose the folder inside my Dropbox Folder, right click -> Send to -> Desktop (create shortcut)
Also choose some files and create the shortcut on my Windows using the mentioned method.

Hi @GalenF , please try Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools and check if that helps.

Please ensure that Parallels Tools are properly installed. If this doesn't help, then shut Windows down, open the virtual machine configuration window, navigate to Options -> Sharing -> Share Mac and enable 'Shared Profile'. Close the window now and check for the issue again.
