Folder location in Parallels

A game I've installed is stating in it's readme.txt that some files I need to copy are in the /Users/Local Settings/Application Data/... folder. I don't seem to have the Local Settings folder in my windows xp installation on Parallels. The application runs fine and seems to save and retrieve the files, but I just can't find their physical location. Any ideas?
 
That folder is hidden, to view hidden folders in explorer you have to change the 'view hidden folders setting' in folders settings for explorer.
