Free Upgrade to Parallels 11

We purchased Parallels 10 on 29 July 2015 and it said that we got a free upgrade to Parallels when it came out. How to we go about getting the upgrade?

I left a message on the US number a few weeks back but there was never a return phone call.

Follow the instructions on the following Parallels web page. If you've already activated Parallels 10, then you should have received an email already with notice of the new version and how to obtain it.
