OK - that's wrong.

You work for Parallels - maybe you can tell us - "will automatically receive an email from Parallels with their unique upgrade key within 7 business days of the release of the new product" and "it will be available on September 14"

When will I receive my upgrade license

I purchased my Parallels 5 after August 15, 2010 and submitted the form and scan of my receipt as required. However, I still have not received my upgrade license number. Please let me know what the status of my upgrade is and when i will receive the license key. I have been very patient but would like to go ahead and get the new version installed.

My problem was solved; yours may be similar.
Parallels said the email was sent to me with the upgrade key, however I never received it.
To solve the problem, I initiated a free chat support request for a "licensing issue." The case was escalated to level 2, checking in again in chat support about 36 hours later and referencing my case number, the chat tech was able to find the keys in the support log and send them to me via chat.

I can not load the parallels 6 disk. It does not work. Can I get a new disk? I had a version 3 that worked. I then had a Beta Version 6 that did not work. I have Snow Leopard that cut me off of the Version 3. I deleted Version 3, the Beta 6 Version and the present Version 6. I then reload Version 6 and it still will not work.
I tried to go to support but I have to purchase the support. I am not going to purchase support if the present disk does not work
What do I do next.

I believe that since you have a disk, then you have a key. So, you can register at http://www.parallels.com/download/build/desktop/ and download the image. Then use your key to install Parallels Desktop
