Freeezing!

Please Help With Freezing On Startup

AHHHh i use parallels at work and right now my VM keeps freezing during startup. I see the windows symbol and the little startup meter. the meter freezes then speeds up and repeats itself. while this is going on my mac starts running super slow. when i looked in activity monitor it showed that parallels was not responding and that it was using 75% of my cpu.
Help?

Without your giving details of your setup, how can anyone help?

I am running a macbook pro, parallels 2.5 3188, Windows XP Home Edition. I just bought parallels about a week ago. It worked great until yesterday.

Hi,

I have no idea what it can be, but try to reboot your Mac. If it does not helps, try to reinstall Parallels. To make hard-reset of VM is also a good idea, i think.
