Freeze on Windows XP Boot with Beta6

Hi,

First off, thanks for a great product. I love what you've done so far.

Ever since Beta6, I've been getting freezes with Windows XP SP2 upon bootup. They tend to occur during the Windows XP splash screen but the recent ones occur at the Windows XP login screen (not using Welcome Screen). I have reinstalled Windows XP from scratch and the problem is still occuring. What could be wrong?

I have a MacBook Pro / 2Ghz / 2GB Ram
 
I've seen the same freezing when booting XP SP2. I was eventually able to get it to boot by changing the VM RAM from 512MB to 256MB, but it still doesn't seem reliable. I'll be playing with it more tonight and I'll try your sound tip as well.
