Freezing after sleep

MBP - 2 GHZ - 2 MB - Beta 3. After installing beta 3 if I let the MBP sleep with Guest xp open, It freezes . Parallels will respond but if you turn the VM off you get the spinning beach ball on the VM. I have to force quit Parallels. I still get the a restart if it sleeps and wakes in OS X. Anyone else having this problem.
 
I have my Win2K VM open right now, with this exact same behavior. It's there, the Windows clock is stuck at the time it was slept, and I can't interact with the VM.

Beta 3 on a MBP.
 
Same Problem here. XP was frozen after having gone to sleep. Beta 3 of Parallels workstation.
