Fresh Lion installation & Parallels 7

I wish to make a fresh Lion installation on a larger disk.
How would I proceed to re-install Parallels 7 on the new Lion installation? - Activation etc?
How will I be able to move my Windows 7 VM from the old disk to the new one?
 
you can reuse the same activation key, as long as the version on the other drive is no longer used. uninstalling it would be the safest bet (don't worry it won't delete your VMs).

after you get parallels installed on the new mac, copy the VM files from your old hard drive. i believe the default location is ~/Library/Parallels however I keep mine in ~/Documents/Parallels

the VM is portable so you can move it from machine to machine (or drive to drive). any decent computer parts store can sell you an enclosure that you snap your old drive into and connect it up to the computer with a USB cable.
