Games show up as a black screen

Hi there! So I've been using Parallels Desktop on my iMac for quite some time now and have enjoyed it. However, whenever I open up some game applications, it opens up but as a black windowed screen and no sound. Would there be a fix for this so that I could get these applications up and running properly? Thanks for any assistance that is provided.
 
I use parallels desktop 15 and same problem for me on fifa 21 i use mac osx 2017 on mac os catalina and 16 gb ram 10gb for windows and 6 for mac i played pes fall guys they work but fifa doesn't and also in fall guys i get objects invisible not just me on my brothers computer as well help please fall guys is not a big problem but fifa is please help it not working and its so expensive

Hi, could you test the same behavior with Parallels Desktop 16 (free trial 14 days period) please and share any results with us?
