Gaming on M3 Macbook Pro

Using the free trial. Activated Windows 11. I am playing games amongst few other things. The game I'm playing i used to play on MacOS version almost decade ago, on old MacBook pro-2013. Now I'm running on windows 11 but in both settings lowest and highest there stuttering, it will make big dips in FPS. There's also not much difference in FPS between highest and Lowest. Tried lower resolution and setting FPS to 30/60/Unlimited all same results.

Is this an issue with having the free trial or advice on this. As i said this was playable on a 2013 MacBook Pro with Intel HD 3000, I consider the M3 substantially more powerful even running via Parallels


I also get internet connection/ping dropping when switching between MacOS/Windows 11.
