Hello I am using a Macbook pro m1 max 2021. I am trying to game on the latest version of parallels but the sound lag is so bad that gaming is impossible. I have aprox. 150-200 MS lag between when the sound should play and when it does. Everything else is behaving normally. I have tried reaching out ot osupport and they seem to be at aloss. I've remade the virtual, clean booted, reinstalled parallels and parallels tools on the virtual, changed sound devices, plugged an external sound device directly to the VM... nothing seems to fix it. The only thing I can think of is that I use Reaper on the host OS, but it's never open when I'm using parallels and I don't see how having it installed could affect anything. I'm coming with a desperate plea to see if anyone has a solution to why this could be? thanks.
