Garbled characters (JP) on my M1 MacBook Air

    Hi :)
    I have a crucial issue concerning JP garbled characters on my M1 MacBook Air.
    Typically, I have such "confusing" letters in file names and message boxes (or pop-ups).

    Even though I change the language setting from English to Japanese, and then re-install the applications, the issue still remains the same.
