Gateway certificate request

Hi, I have a setup with:

2 x Windows Server 2008 R2
2X Application Server XG Version 10.1 (build 1263)

I have two gateways configured and must use SSL to connect. We have an internal CA but I need to provide a CSR in order to get a certificate. How can I do this? The only option I see in the gateway properties under the SSL tab is to create a self generated certificate - how can I generate a certificate request from here?

The latest beta release (10.5) has this feature built-in as shown in:
