Generic application error <message box title> is missing from string table - need help..

Hi,
I am a newbie from Germany; coming from IMAC (intel + bootcamp) now working on IMAC M1 with parallels 17.1 and Window 11 pro dev. everything is working great on the new MAC; M1 is really fast. We do have problems to install program which is needed for our office. It worked fine on bootcamp now causing trouble while installation; installation stops shortly after starting an message above appears; error code 0x80004001) any idea?
