German 2.5 Update

Moin,

ich fühle mich auch langsam verarscht - seit 2 Tagen steht das Update bereit und geladen wird 1980. Dem deutschen Vertreiber Avanquest hab ich ne Mail geschickt, aber da wartet man auf Antwort, bis man alt und grau ist.

Und ich hatte es mir die Woche extra gekauft, als ich vom Update gelesen habe.
(Hatte lange überlegt auf VMWare zu warten)
 
So what is the correct way to get an update to 2.5 Build 3186 for (german localized) Parallels. The intgrated update is not working and the (english) download version does not accept my key.

I wrote to Paralells support:
What is the correct way to get an update to 2.5 (Build 3186, or any recent 3xxx) for german localized Parallels? The integrated update is not working and the only available english download version does not accept my permanent key.
Would it be possible tchanging to the english Parallels version in general? Can i request a new working permanent key?
Btw, there are a lot of questions concerning this subject in the support forum, but no answers yet...

Here the answer:

So that did not anwer my question...why they do not want us customers to use our serial...
And i am also not able to register my product on their site.

I hope VMware will come out soon with a stable version.
I will change to VMWare - this support here is odd.
I am sorry i bought this product - even if the product itself is good...

My apologize for the inconvenience with localization version.
Now you can use new release with trial activation key and soon you will be able to upgrade your German Parallels Desktop from menu Help->Check for Updates..
 
How to download the german update on a second machine

As the one with the banking software is not connected to the internet?

Can you send me a link with the german software udpate 2.5

This would be very helpful.
 
Bald? Ist doch da, seit Montag.

Nur der Bug mit dem Koherenzmodus. Man muss die vmtools der Englischen benutzen, dass es geht :confused:
