Gestures & Apple Remote Options Missing from Virtual Machine > Options

Hello,

I have been trying to figure out why my Gestures & Apple Remote options are missing from my Virtual Machine Configuration > Options. I have followed the directions to a T for installing the Parallel Tools with the antivirus disabled, firewall off, etc. but still no joy. Has anyone else experienced this problems with Parallels 7 for Mac running Windows 7 Pro.

Having the same issue. Same setup but I'm running Windows 7 Home. Scrolling not working very well either. I'm searching for a fix. I'll keep an eye on this thread and let you know if I find anything.

I'm having the exact same issue, hence gestures don't work in win 7 or 8. Any update on this one? Anyone plz?
 
Wow! No answer at all from Parallels about this one. Mine is missing, too. I'm using Parallels 7. But the only gestures that I seem to be missing is "back" and "forward" on web pages.

But wow! Not one iota of response from Parallels. How sad.
