Get notifications in mac from toast.exe in windows

I have a windows 10 guest
I get notifications in windows 10 action center from an app called toast.exe
I want those notifications to be piped to mac notification center.
The app is not listed in system preferences > notification center

How do I make parallels detect the app and add it to mac notification center?
