Getting No Boot Device

can't even startup Parallels !!

I tried that already, every time I shut down the virtual machine then restart parallel , windows 10 tries to start and then those options are not allowed since it wants the virtual machine to be shut down down.

However I found how to disconnect Windows 10 and do the above,,
