Hi, given everything the same, do guest OS (Windows 10 and Linux) and Parallels perform better on MacBook Pro 16" with 64GB RAM rather than with 32GB or 16GB RAM?

Hi, 16GB (or more) of RAM is enough for best performance.
Please check this KB article for more info about Parallels Desktop system requirements.
