Global hotkeys

Hello.

I have some software in my Windows that register global hotkeys.
Is it possible to transfer them to os x?
For example, i'd like to press ctrl-cmd-x anywhere in the host or guest system to launch action registered to ctrl-alt-x in the guest system.

I think that coherence mode should allow to do something like that.

P.S. sorry for my awful nickname, dunno how to change that
